Aluminised Fire Proximity Suit ismade out of 16 oz imported aluminised glass fiber fabric with dual mirrorhaving 95% reflection of heat as a outer layer and with woolen fabric lining.Additional layer (Vapor Barrier) is also used for higher temperature.

Aluminised Fiberglass Fabric outer shell reflects 95% ofradiant heat., Vapor barrier layer protects against steam and vapor., Layers of1-inch fiberglass insulation for ambient heat protection., Fire-resistant vaporbarrier lining., Complete set with Hood, Coat, Pants, Boots, Gloves, and FootLocker Box or Duffle Bag for storage.

Layers:

Outer Layer: Aluminized Fabric, Middle Layer:Vapor Barrier, Inner Layer: Woolen.

Temperature Rating Short duration ambient heat up to 800 deg F (430 deg C),radiant heat to 3000 deg F (1650 deg C).

Complete SuitConsists of :-

Overall: An Overall is one piece suit or 2 pc. Jacket & trouserhaving Zipper & Stud fastener . With or without Pouch on back toaccommodate breathing apparatus. Stitching is done by KEVLAR Threads.

Hood:It houses a fiberglass helmet for firemen as per IS-2745. Twoelasticised straps to cover well below the shoulders. Hood has the visorconsisting of curved plain polycarbonate and tinted acrylic & outer layerof thin transparent mica.

Gloves: 14 long five fingered type Gloves having stud fastenerfor better securing at wrist.

Boots: Boots are made of upper layer of aluminised glass fiberfabric & inner lining of high quality leather, with heavy duty zippercovered with aluminised fabric flap with extra stud for double protection.Special Neoprene Rubber sole in non skid pattern for use in oil / chemical /grease area. Metal toe for extra air-room & protection.
